Classes must be paid in advance of each class attended.
Payment is to be made at the time of the booking.
Payment for classes can be made via Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga MINDBODY app, MINDBODY online or in person at the studio prior to the start of class.

Reformer Studio Intro Offer and Mat Studio Intro Offer is available to new clients only. This offer may only be purchased once. The offer is non-refundable nor transferable.
All passes and packs will activate from the date of your first class booked.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $15 reprocessing fee.
Flexible packs valid at the studio of purchase only, will expire 12 months after the first class booked, sessions are non transferable and refunds will only be granted due to medical reasons in which documentation must be provided.
Private sessions are valid for 6 months and are non refundable. Cancelations must be made 24hrs prior to the booked session.
There will be NO extensions or alterations on any packs or memberships unless a medical reason arises. On this event the client must provide medical documentation from a registered health practitioner.

Classes must be cancelled 6 hours prior to the start of the booked class to avoid the client forfeiting the class. On the event the client cancels the class 6 hours or more before the start of class, the class will be credited back to their account.
On the event the client cancels the class in less than 6 hours before the start of class, the client will forfeit the class and not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class. Late cancel fee of $5 applies to any cancelation made less than 6 hrs.
If you book a class, do not cancel and do not show, a fee of $10 will be charged.
If the client fails to attend the class (no show) they will not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class.
Cancelations via email, phone or social media will not be accepted. The client must cancel their class the same way they made the booking, either via the MINDBODY app or MINDBODY Online, Sixtwo Website or Sixtwo Branded App.
Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes if there is less than 2 people booked into the class. On the occasion the class is cancelled by Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga the client will have the class credited back to their account.

Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is committed to ensuring their client’s information is secure.
No late entry permitted. Doors are locked once class has started. Please be aware that if the client is late for a class, they will not be able to train and this will be considered as a no show.
Sessions are not transferable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class.
Clients must check in with the instructor upon arrival for class. Doors open 10 minutes prior to class commencement.
Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes.
* These can be purchased from the studio.
A NEW client is only permitted to attend group classes up until 15 weeks pregnant.
Clients must be aged 18 and over. Any clients between the ages of 16 & 18 must be accompanied by guardian. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend classes.
The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.
The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

I agree that Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

I understand the importance of informing the instructor if I am pregnant before joining any class. Mat classes, due to their heated nature, are not recommended during pregnancy. Reformer classes, being an athletic group fitness style, are also not designed for pregnancy beyond the first trimester. I acknowledge the responsibility to inform the instructor if I am pregnant prior to participating in any class.

I am not currently aware of any medical condition that might impede my ability to engage in Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga activities. If I have any concerns about my health, I commit to consulting with my physician before participating. It is recommended that you consult with your doctor or obstetrician to determine the suitability of the classes for you, and obtaining a clearance letter before starting any classes is advisable.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga staff member. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
